This equipment operates in fully automatic cleaning mode, with all pipeline valves equipped with pneumatic valves, achieving integrated automatic cleaning and rinsing.

Cleaning Process: Upon manually initiating automatic cleaning after placing the roll, the pneumatic valve of the cleaning auxiliary tank is opened. The pump draws the liquid into the main tank for timed cleaning of the roll. When the time is reached, the pneumatic drain opens to discharge into the cleaning auxiliary tank, closes the valve upon completion, opens the rinsing auxiliary tank valve to pump water into the main tank for timed rinsing of the roll. When the time is reached, the pneumatic drain opens to discharge into the rinsing auxiliary tank, closes the valve upon completion, and opens the compressed air to blow off the surface moisture of the roll, completing the cleaning process when the roll surface is free of water marks.
