AERO-AK New Energy Online Concentration Detection Series
- Equipment Purpose: Concentration detection of DMAC, DMF, and NMP capacitors, temperature control, circulation filtration, automatic replenishment, and neutralization.
- System Overview: When the concentration detector detects that the liquid concentration in the first-stage multi-stage filtration transfer tank and the second-stage multi-stage filtration transfer tank deviates from the set value by ±2, the automatic replenishment system is activated. It injects pure water into the tank to neutralize the liquid concentration. Since the liquid in the transfer tank is continuously circulated and stirred, when the concentration reaches the set detection value after injecting pure water, the automatic replenishment system stops. The liquid in the transfer tank is then pumped into the first and second tanks by the circulation pump, and this process repeats.
- When the temperature detector detects that the liquid temperature in the first tank and the second tank deviates from the set value by ±1, the temperature control system is automatically activated. It heats the circulating pipes installed in the tank using heaters. Since the liquid in the tank is continuously circulated, when the temperature reaches the set upper limit, the temperature control system automatically stops. This process repeats.
- Temperature control for the temperature control unit is achieved through dual control using an external temperature controller and the temperature control unit built into the temperature control machine.
- The concentration detection system uses the Japanese imported brand “Keyence.”
